New Technology that
makes it easier for all do it
yourselfers (DIY) to install a quality practice putting green.

Polypropylene Fibers is no doubt
the better material used for manufacturing
putting greens that requires the best ball
action when chipping from a distance. In the
past the only fiber (grass blades) available
were straight blades that required a tremendous
amount of additional labor and curing time.

|
(Old technology
requires professional installation) |

Our New
Putting Green Technology
revolutionized the old polypropylene fibers.
Giving you the most realistic putting green
surface on the market today. This technology
reduces putting green installation time, and
the old difficulties by better then half.
Pre-Bent Fibers
- We start with an
approximate 5/8" -
11/4" fiber
and then we reduce it (pre-bend) to a 9/16"
- 5/8" finished height by means of our
new manufacturing process. This ensures you
that the end results will be an actual well
dressed putting green surface that does not
require a seasoned installer.
Non-Directional Fibers
will never lean one
direction like the old technology.
The leaning of the fibers in one direction
will cause a huge speed difference depending
on if you are putting against the grain, or
with the grain. In the past, it has taken a
tremendous amount of effort
(labor and
know-how) to eliminate this
problem when using the old polypropylene
straight fiber putting green material.
A Big Part Of This New Technology
is
how the yarn is stitched. Old technology
uses a straight or curvy stitch. We use the
new high tech machinery that weaves in a
back and forth pattern, which eliminates the
possibility of grooves (highs and lows) in
the putting green surface.
